Marketing Executive

  • Lead host and first point of contact in CATALAB, our Experience Hub in Singapore.
  • Work closely with the sales function to enhance awareness of showroom and new launches.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collaterals and samples across different markets.
  • Track key achievements and milestones for the company and brands.
  • Assist with administration tasks for marketing including marketing budget and delivering optimal results.
  • Handle project management tasks including the tracking of key timelines and ensuring consistency in brand application across all communication platforms in accordance with guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management are necessary to facilitate these projects and ensuring effective execution and timely follow-up.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in any of the following: brand management, B2B marketing, marketing agency, brand ambassador, project management.
  • Fluent English skills in order to communicate effectively with regional teams, ability to speak other Asian language would be useful.
  • Time management, strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Effective project management experience.
  • Strategic thinking and multi-tasking abilities is advantageous.
  • Autonomous and shows initiative to proactively present ideas, suggestions & problems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Powerpoint.

Senior Sales Executive (Malaysia)

  • Anticipate market trends and requirements, develop strategies for assigned market.
  • Work with speed and accuracy on sample requests, quotations, and orders.
  • Initiative to network, arrange presentations and follow-through with projects/clients.
  • Present to various group sizes, tradeshows and confident in managing client expectations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and provide timely market feedback.
  • Prepare focused sales and product reports, present demand forecasts and analysis.
  • Min 3 to 5 years of working experience. Relevant experience in the interior surface industry or similar would be advantageous.
  • Minimum Tertiary education preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • “Natural” influencer, good in networking and comfortable in various client settings.
  • Proactive, independent, passionate, and adaptable to work in a start-up culture.
  • Result driven, track record of sales achievement and possess a “can-do” attitude.
  • Service oriented and a team player.
